There will be no registrations processed after business hours Friday, August 14, 2026 as we prepare for the start of school. Registrations will begin being processed again on Thursday, August 20, 2026.

All incoming preschool and kindergarten students, as well as new students from outside the state of Illinois, must have a physical examination with updated immunizations on file at WPS to begin school. Vision forms are due before October 15th, and dental forms are due before May 15th.
